Ingredients

  • Chicken breast6 lb
  • G Hughes Sugar Free Hickory BBQ Sauce1½ cup
  • Yellow Mustard3 tbsp
  • Dijon Mustard1 tbsp
  • Smoked Paprika2 tsp
  • Garlic Powder2 tsp
  • Onion Powder2 tsp
  • Black Pepper1 tsp
  • Mustard Powder1½ tsp
  • Caldo Chicken Bouillon Powder2½ tsp
  • Apple Cider Vinegar1 tbsp
  • Worcestershire sauce1 tsp

Steps

  • In a bowl, whisk all of the ingredients together
  • Add a little bit of avocado oil and the chicken to the slow cooker
  • Pour the sauce over and give it a little mix
  • Cook on low for 5-5.5 hours (preferred) or high for 3-3.5
  • Open and shred the chicken, if it doesn't shred easily go ahead and cook another 30 minutes
  • After shredding, let it sit for 15-20 for the sauce to slightly reduce
  • Let it cool for a bit. I prefer to portion the 12 servings into bags, put them in the freezer a couple hours, and the vacuum seal
  • Store and use when ready!
