Ingredients

  • Ground Turkey 93/71¼ lb
  • Ground Turkey 99/11¼ lb
  • Sage (Dried)1⅓ tbsp
  • Black Pepper1½ tsp
  • Garlic Powder1½ tsp
  • Onion Powder1½ tsp
  • Thyme (Dried)1 tsp
  • Smoked Paprika¾ tsp
  • Egg2 item
  • Red Pepper Flakes½ tsp

Steps

  1. Mix the turkey and all of the spices in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add two eggs and continue to mix. If the mixture is tough, you can add a little bit of water.
  3. Let the ingredients set for 10 minutes and then form 12 evenly sized patties.
  4. Cook on medium high on each side for 4-5 minutes. The internal temperature should be 165% to ensure they're fully cooked.
